Gigradar.io is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) with experience in SaaS MarTech or SalesTech to drive customer success, retention, and growth. Ideally, you have a sales background and understand the challenges and opportunities in the sales and marketing technology space.

In this role, you will not only manage key customer relationships but also lead the Customer Success team, ensuring best practices, optimizing processes, and driving performance. Your focus will be on maximizing customer value, increasing adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage the CSM Team: Oversee and mentor the customer success team to ensure high performance.
• Customer Success & Retention: Ensure customers achieve their goals and continue using our platform.
• Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through implementation and adoption.
• Account Growth: Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the customer’s voice, gathering feedback for product improvements.
• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve customer issues and proactively address potential challenges.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years as a CSM in SaaS, preferably in MarTech or SalesTech.
• Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Sales Background: Prior experience in sales is a strong advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English, confident in speaking with customers daily.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick thinker who proactively improves customer success processes.
• Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
