Content Marketing Manager
We are an international B2B SaaS service, actively expanding in the US, Canada and EU markets. At the moment, we have more than 1000 clients.
We have created our technology at the intersection of AI and lead generation for our clients. Our target audience (our clients) are freelancers and agencies in the field of marketing and IT in the US, Canada and the EU.
To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Content Marketer to lead our social media efforts to generate targeted leads. All content will be created in English, so the candidate will need to have a good command of English and be familiar with content marketing trends in English-speaking countries.
Now our marketing department structure:
- Senior marketer for PPC and cold traffic funnels
- SEO department
- PR marketer developing our community
- Junior specialist in the department for working with case packaging
Your expertise will be clearly expressed in SMM:
- The goal is to get 500 leads per month from social networks: Instagram, Twitter + Threads, LinkedIn (we currently get 50 leads per month from social networks).
This is an ambitious plan and we understand it. But the market size allows it and we see examples of colleagues who have already achieved this result, which means we will succeed too.
- Development and implementation of content strategies aimed at increasing user engagement, subscriber growth and conversions.
- Creation of content plans, design and publication of posts (text, carousels, reels format)
- Active generation of video reels that hit the target audience's pain points and interests using AI tools and AI authors.
- Monitoring and analysis of key indicators (audience engagement, reach, conversions).
- Creation of mini funnels: post + CTA to lead magnet + bot in private messages that “closes” the lead to a demo call request (either through a series of messages or through a series of VSLs)
- Research and implementation of the latest trends in organic promotion (text and video formats).
- Monitoring and improving key metrics (engagement, conversions) using targeted content.
Your experience
- Work as a content marketer, ideally in the technology sector (Ed-Tech/ B2B SaaS).
- SMM in English in Ed-Tech or B2B SaaS companies
- At least 1 year, with a result of receiving 300 leads per month through organic SMM.
Your skills with proven cases:
- Selling and warming up copywriting in English
- Graphic design (creation of banners and presentations, including using AI tools).
- Video editing (removing unnecessary fragments, adding subtitles, including using AI tools).
- Video generation using AI avatars and AI tools
- Fluency in English (written and spoken, B2 or higher).
- Marketing thinking with an emphasis on converting the audience into leads.
We offer you:
- Opportunity to work remotely in an international company (registered in the USA) with potential for growth to the position of Head of Content Marketing Group.
- Fully remote work
- Work schedule: 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday are days off), full-time (part-time work is not possible) according to your time zone.
- Salary: $800–1500 during the probationary period and $1500–2500 after the probationary period (fixed rate + KPI).
With the possibility of growth up to $3000+. All conditions are discussed individually and depend on your competence and proven experience of results.
