Now we’re expanding our Partnerships team.
Role Overview
As a Channel Partnership Manager at GigRadar, you will own and scale revenue through strategic partnerships.
Your mission is simple:
Build high-performing partner channels
Generate qualified pipeline (SQLs) for the sales team
Drive partner-sourced revenue
Create scalable acquisition through collaborations
This is a revenue role, not a coordination role.
You are responsible for turning relationships into measurable revenue.
Your Main Performance Metrics
Partner-sourced SQLs
Partner-driven revenue (ARR / MRR)
Cost per acquisition (CAC) from partners
ROI of partnership campaigns
What You’ll Own
Full ownership of partnership pipeline (outreach → deal → launch → performance)
Identifying and onboarding partners (communities, influencers, SaaS tools, accelerators)
Building joint offers (webinars, bundles, affiliate programs, co-marketing campaigns)
Negotiating commercial terms (rev-share, CPL, CPS, integrations)
Managing partner relationships and performance reviews
Enabling partners with assets, tracking, and support
Collaborating with Sales and Growth teams to convert partner pipeline into revenue
You are not a support role.
You are responsible for partner-driven revenue growth.
Growth Metrics You’ll Be Measured On
Number of active revenue-generating partners
SQL volume from partners
Partner conversion to closed deals
Partner-generated ARR / MRR
ROI of partnership initiatives
Your compensation directly scales based on performance.
Compensation Structure
$1,500/month base salary
Performance bonus up to $2,000/month
Total OTE: up to $3,500/month
Bonus is tied to:
Partner-generated SQL volume
Closed revenue from partner channels
Performance efficiency (CAC & ROI)
High-performing managers are expected to scale both partner volume and revenue contribution.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial and partnership experience, such as:
Partnerships / Alliances
Business Development
Channel Sales
Strategic Growth
Must-Have Experience
2+ years in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or partnership roles
Experience building or managing partnership channels (US / Canada / EU markets)
Proven ability to generate pipeline or revenue through partners
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
Experience working with communities, influencers, or SaaS ecosystems
Comfortable owning revenue targets
Fluent English
Strong Plus
Existing network in freelance, agency, or Upwork ecosystem
Experience with affiliate or rev-share models
Familiarity with CRM, tracking tools, and performance analytics
Experience in fast-paced or performance-driven environments
